Show signature in outlook when replying
WebWhen I reply to someone in Outlook most of the time my signature is fine. Sometimes it will lose formatting due to a reply from the customer but that is expected. Sometimes, however, it shows up as this random letter and I have to select it, right-click, and change it to my correct signature. In the list that pops up, it shows two to choose from.
