WebMy Wellbutrin had to go down to 150mg, and even than my Trintellix level was off. I became suicidal, had tremors, was increasingly depressed and anxious, restlessness, and had racing thoughts. It wasn’t worth it for me to come off Wellbutrin so we ended up stopping Trintellix and going back to my regular 450mg dose of Wellbutrin.
