The other is underneath the intake manifold and is VERY hard to get to. You can't even see it unless you at least take off the throttle pipe in front, then you can kind of get to it. The large fan which is the fan module either took a dump and it's defaulting to max rpm, or one of your coolant sensors/wiring is faulting causing it to default to full speed. Getting to the ECM can be a bit of a PITA due to the thread locked sheir bolts (pro-tip, just use regular bolts once removed).
