Webtldr: Never received card, told to call EIP card number, lost/stolen option doesn't locate me nor my spouse with any zipcode we ever lived/filled in. So, after IRS phone hell, I finally got someone who helped us and told us our stimulus payment was sent in May on an EIP card. They told me to call the EIP card number to get a new one.
