Cish in t cell
WebAug 6, 2024 · Cytokine-inducible SH2-containing protein (CIS, encoded by the gene CISH) is a key negative regulator of IL-15 signaling in natural killer (NK) cells. Here, we developed human CISH-knockout (CISH−/−) NK cells using an induced pluripotent stem cell-derived NK cell (iPSC-NK cell) platform. WebCISH also plays important roles in regulating the development of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells through regulation of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling, although there is conflicting data regarding the mechanism of action. Enforced expression of CISH in CD4+ T cells markedly increased their proliferation, survival, and activation.

WebSep 1, 2024 · NK-cell antitumor function is dependent on the cytokine IL15. Ablation of the IL15 signaling inhibitor CIS (Cish) enhances NK-cell antitumor immunity by increasing NK-cell metabolism and persistence within the tumor microenvironment (TME). The TME has also been shown to impair NK-cell fitness via the production of immunosuppressive … WebAug 6, 2024 · Cytokine-inducible SH2-containing protein (CIS; encoded by the gene CISH) is a key negative regulator of interleukin-15 (IL-15) signaling in natural killer (NK) cells. …
WebCandidate genes linked to γδ T cell inhibition, including CISH, PD1, and Fas, were inactivated at the genetic level using highly efficient Cas9 adenosine base editor (ABE). Cytotoxicity against tumor lines was first confirmed through in vitro serial killing assays, then evaluated in vivo using NSG mice challenged with Burkitt’s Lymphoma. ... WebFeb 4, 2024 · CIS is induced by cytokines such as IL-15 and IL-2 and acts as an important intracellular immune checkpoint in NK cells. 4 Specifically, it uses a negative feedback loop to suppress signaling of the pleiotropic cytokine IL-15, which is known to drive NK-cell activation, expansion, and persistence. 4 WebApr 12, 2024 · IL-6 is required to suppress allergen-specific Th2 cell responses. To test whether IL-6 influences the Th2 cell response to HDM, we intranasally (i.n.) sensitized and challenged WT and Il6 −/− ...
WebOct 17, 2011 · The cytokine inducible SH2-domain protein (CISH) is a well-known STAT5 target gene, but its role in the immune system remains uncertain. In this study, we found that CISH is predominantly induced during dendritic cell (DC) development from mouse bone marrow (BM) cells and plays a crucial role in type 1 DC development and DC-mediated … flyer for parents to donate to silent auctionWebCISH is induced by T cell receptor (TCR) ligation and negatively regulates it by targeting the critical signaling intermediate PLC-gamma-1 for degradation.
